Acceptable Reasons for Refund and Return:

  1. Clothing Quality Issues: If the item you receive has manufacturing defects or does not meet the quality standards we promised, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. This includes issues such as material flaws, improper stitching, or other defects attributable to our production process.
  2. Production Craftsmanship: We guarantee that all garments are crafted according to the specifications provided by you at the time of order. If there is a discrepancy between the finished product and the agreed-upon requirements due to our error, you may request a return or exchange.
  3. Production Time Delays: If we fail to meet the production timeline we’ve specified and this causes significant inconvenience, please contact us to discuss potential compensation. We will assess delays on a case-by-case basis to provide an appropriate solution.

Reasons Not Accepted for Refund and Return:

  1. Non-Quality Related Issues: We do not accept returns if the issue is not related to garment quality or our production process. For example, dissatisfaction with color choice or design (unless incorrectly produced by us) will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
  2. Errors in Client-Provided Information: It is crucial that you provide accurate measurements and specifications when placing an order. Ninghow is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data supplied by the client. In such cases, refunds or returns will not be accepted.

Process for Requesting a Refund or Return:

If you believe your situation aligns with our acceptable reasons for a refund or a return, please follow the steps below:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photo evidence if applicable.
    • Wait for our team to review your request. We may contact you for further information.
  • Once approved, follow our instructions for returning the item.
  • A refund or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue.
